Shipping

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship international! Please be aware that customs fees may apply for international orders (especially those based in the EU, further details below).

A full breakdown of the countries we currently ship to below:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom
  • North America: United States and Canada

Shipping to the EU - Customs and Duties charges explained

Due to changes in regulation for UK businesses, all commercial shipments arriving in the EU from 1 July 2021 onwards and imported from outside the EU will be subject to VAT and import fees. 

 

To help resolve the issue, and ensure you shop as normal -  EU customers can now purchase on our Etsy marketplace with no hidden fees at delivery - all customs pre-paid. Etsy store: @JoharijewelleryCo

Johari Jewellery have no control over any customs delays and potential additional charges. All other customers can shop directly from our site as usual.

 

Shipping options

Due to the value of each individual item, all items are delivered on tracked and signed for options. If you or no one else is not at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a notice from your local courier that you have missed your delivery. We encourage you to reach out to rearrange redelivery. All signed for items will be marked as delivered.

 

Delivery Times

European Orders: Items usually reach Europe within 5-7 working daysAll other Orders: Items should be delivered within within 8-10 working days

 

Returns

Can I return an item? 

All of the items are final sale and may not be returned. 

Exceptions can be applied if your items are damaged when delivered. For further details please read the exchange policy. 

 

Exchange Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email to joharijewellery@gmail.com and we will work with you to arrange a redelivery with a replacement item. 

Please provide photo evidence of the damaged item and the existing packaging in your email. All fees incurred to return the damaged item to us will be refunded upon redelivery.
